Refund policy

Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase for full refund on original payment or store credit. 

Returns must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached, unwashed, and scent free. We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange for items based on these conditions.

Jewelry, damaged/broken items, and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CHARM BAR RETURN POLICY

Custom pieces made at the charm bar are final sale & cannot be exchanged. If a charm falls off or a chain breaks, we offer a 60 day guarantee — we will replace or fix the piece at no cost.
